Led by BYL senior teacher Sam Magee, this event, for both beginners and experienced practitioners, explores key Bikram postures in more detail, providing hands-on corrections and useful pointers to help improve your flexibility, balance and strength.
Ask questions and get lots of advice! This hugely popular 2 1/2 hour workshop is held just a couple of times a year and, at only £25 to attend, it tends to book up fast! Everyone’s welcome, Beginners to advanced!

Bikram’s Standing & Floor series postures will be analysed, discussed, demonstrated and questions answered in a fun & friendly space. Note, this workshop will also focus on postures that we don’t often address, such as Half Tortoise, Separate Leg Head to Knee, plus Master Asanas.
