YIN YOGA WITH MEDITATION (SPECIAL EVENT)

As part of our very exciting ACTION ON POVERTY CHALLENGE DAY, where BYL yogis will be enjoying an action-packed day of events and special classes, BYL teacher Hassan has the honour of commencing the special day with our beautiful warm Yin Yoga Class and Meditation. The session begins and ends with a guided meditation led by Hassan.
Yin is a beautifully warm, gentle style focused on breathing techniques for deeper stretches. It directs the stimulation created by an asana deeper, working the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones. Allow your body to sink into gentle intensity, aligning your energy channels.
Practised at a cooler 35°C. Suitable for all levels. Book it.
