A POWERFUL, ENERGISING STYLE, JOYFUL AND CHALLENGING

Get ready for a fun, dynamic and powerful sequence that focuses on the fitness-based aspects of the yoga practice, making pace and intensity key components of the class! 

All of this is often performed to a cool, hip soundtrack that elevates the senses while keeping you enchanted throughout the 60 minute flow style sequence.  The room is warmed using our state-of-the-art heating system to create an amazing synergy between the heat and the asanas. At a beautifully warmed 35°C, changes to mind and body are likely to come a lot sooner than they would in a cold yoga room! 

The practice increases cardiovascular activity and fat burning while also developing dynamic flexibility, muscular strength and agility. It is a challenge, but is an absolute blast! Beginners are very welcome to attend BYL’s Hot Power Flow, though some find the body may be better prepared with a few weeks of Bikram Yoga practise to help get the body to the next level.  

The result is improved circulation, stamina, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Guaranteed to be challenging and fun!

We would classify this is as a Beginner/Intermediate class. If you’re a beginner and are generally fit and healthy, this class should be fine to attend. If you are overcoming injury or would classify yourself as being in relatively unfit condition, we recommend starting out with our Bikram yoga classes. In either case, you’re welcome to attend this class and should always feel free to speak to the instructor in advance. 

For all our classes you’ll need a yoga mat, two large towels and a bottle of water (all these items are rentable at the studio).

This class is practised at around 35 degrees, which feels cooler than our Bikram yoga classes yet warm enough to work up a good sweat!
